By using PergAI services, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read this document carefully.

1. Service Description and Registration

PergAI is a SaaS platform that allows users to edit product photos and create new visuals using artificial intelligence technologies. To use the service, you must register with a valid email address.

2. Payments and Lemon Squeezy

All financial transactions and subscription management on PergAI are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). By making a payment to purchase credits, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of sale and privacy policy.

3. Usage Rights and Content

The legal responsibility for the images you upload to the platform belongs to you. PergAI grants commercial usage rights for the generated images to the user as long as the relevant credit fee is paid. However, it is forbidden to generate illegal, copyright-infringing, or unethical content.

4. Credit System

Purchased credits are spent for transactions within the platform. Spent credits are non-refundable. The refund process for unused credits is subject to the terms stated under the "Refund Policy".

5. Service Changes

PergAI reserves the right to update platform features or credit costs without prior notice.
