Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority for PergAI. Our refund processes are subject to the following terms:

1. Refund Terms

Users who have not yet spent any credits can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date without providing any reason.

2. Credit Usage and Exceptions

Credits used (spent) for image generation by artificial intelligence models are non-refundable. In cases where credits are deducted due to a technical error but the image cannot be generated, credits will be returned to the account upon contacting customer support.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests can be sent via contact@pergai.com or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Approved refunds will be reflected on the card used for payment within 5-10 business days.
